Labellov is a well known webshop among high-end fashion lovers. They sell preloved designer items and focus on handbags. With clients all over the world, a renewed website was in order. Labellov knocked on our door to move to a Magento 2 environment. And thus, the Baldwin and Lavellov romance starts!

Who is Labellov?

As a trusted name in the resell industry worldwide, Labellov is the place to go if you’re looking for preloved luxury goods. They believe that the future of fashion is circular, so whether you are looking to sell or shop, Labellov is your stop. Sustainability has never been this luxurious before as it is on this webshop! They also have several pop-up stores across Belgium as well as a showroom in Antwerp.

Labellov goes Magento 2

To maintain their excellent service online, Labellov decided to move the a Magento 2 environment. With that, they also switched to a new ERP-system, Business Central. This system is linked to Magento 2 via its LS-module. This module syncs products (name, price, stock …) from the ERP-system to Magento. Further enrichment of the products is in the hands of Labellov, as they do not receive items in bulk. Every seller has their own code, with which Labellov creates the SKU numbers. Whenever they get an order, Magento send the information to the ERP-system. This process ensures Labellov a continues correct stock.

Since Labellov operates on a worldwide scale, we implemented a currency converter to USD. Prices are normally shown in Euros, as Labellov is an Antwerp business. For overseas clients, however, it is important to see the pricing directly in the correct currency.

The webshop is connected to their MailChimp account. This connection makes sure to put new newsletter subscribers in the correct mailing list. You an also subscribe to a certain brand, like Delvaux or Chanel, to receive updates on new items.

They use Trengo for their chat, which allows visitors to directly ask questions while shopping. Payments happen with Mollie, while Sendcloud takes care of the shipping process. They provide you the confirmation and “sent” e-mails, and give you the track & trace code as well.
